Flights
This year we are offering a £50 flight voucher for all visitors arriving by air. Key flights are listed below but all flights are eligible. Book early to take best advantage of this offer. Please see terms and conditions below.
Trains
With Coventry being just over an hour from London and less than two from Manchester by train, pre-book your rail tickets and take advantage of our £50 rail voucher. Please see terms and conditions below.
Coaches
There will be complimentary coach pick-ups and drop-offs for all the Birmingham International flights listed below.
There will be free coach travel to and from the BPMA annual awards dinner from all official show hotels.
Hotels

Flights and Trains
All journeys must be booked by you. Tickets can be for same day or next day returns only, no longer, departing latest 29th January 2009. To gain a refund on your flight or train ticket, delegates must present proof of travel at 3pm on either show day at the Trade Only Arena reception desk where they will receive a voucher/stamp. You can then post in this voucher with a copy of the invoice/ receipt together with your bank details and we will credit the amount by BACS. All refunds must be claimed by 28th February 2008. Offer applies to visiting distributors only. No alternative possible. No liability accepted. E&OE.
Hotels
To qualify for free hotel accommodation: Rooms must be reserved three weeks prior to arrival. Night of 28th January 2009 only. Our choice of hotel only. Rooms to be booked using your credit card details by Trade Only agents. Group bookings will be expected to use twin room double occupancy wherever possible. Bed and breakfast rate. No extra bill charges will be contemplated. No discounts on other hotels, no upgrades. To gain a refund on your room, delegates must present their bill at 3pm on the 29th of January at the Trade Only Arena reception desk where they will receive a voucher/stamp. You can then post in this voucher with a copy of the invoice together with your bank details and we will credit the amount by BACS. All refunds must be claimed by 28th February 2008. Transport
Coach transfers will be arranged for all pre-booked flights into and out of Birmingham International, subject to demand. No cash alternative. East Midlands flights may be serviced subject to demand. Coventry rail coach subject to demand. All distributors wishing to take advantage of flight / rail coaches must advise Trade Only three weeks prior to the show. Free coaches will call at all official show hotels to pick up and drop off for the Gala Dinner as per the schedule that will be in the hotel foyers and indicated around the Ricoh.
